Dedham Red Cross solicits donors for National Blood Donor Month in January

The first leisure Dedham resident Dorothy Limberis went to give blood, it was for her own use after surgery. After that, she decided to give for others.

“It’s for a permissible cause,” Limberis said, shortly after giving blood at the Dedham Blood Award Center , the headquarters for the American Red Cross’s northeast operations.
